Acrylic

We recommend using the following CNC router bits 5600, 5700, 4200, 4300, 6100, and 6200 series of CNC cutter tools for this material. Please see the top rows below. The single spirals will give a clean finish when cutting acrylics. The CNC router tools have a polished flute to help with chip removal. The two-flute low helix tools are for cutting acrylic but also phenolics and other solid surfaces. Low helix tools are extremely sharp and produce less lifting of the material in order to give an excellent finish.
