Hard Plastic

We recommend using 5600, 5700, 5500, 4200, 4300, 4400, and 4500 series of cutters for this material. Polished flute cutters give better chip removal and therefore longer life of the tool. These tools give clean cuts in hard plastics. You can have upcut for better ship removal or downcut to help hold parts down on machine bed.
