We recommend using the following CNC router bits: 5600, 5700, 5400, 4600, and 4700 series of cutters for this material Polished flute cutters give better chip removal and longer life for the tool. These CNC router tools give clean cuts in softer grades of plastics. You can have upcut for better chip removal or downcut to help hold parts down on the machine bed.
