Roughing Process: Use a larger tool from the 56X Series for roughing at speeds of 3500-4500 mm/min and 20,000 RPM. Plunge speed should be half of the feed rate, using a ramp-in technique for optimal results. Ensure the roughing slot remains clear of swarf to minimize imperfections during the finishing pass.
