1300XP Series. Two Flute Downcut ‘Xtreme Performance’ Finishing Spiral

The 1300XP series are cnc rooter tools specifically designed for difficult to cut materials where tool life is a problem, they are excellent for not only for cutting natural soft and hard woods, but also MDF and plywood. The down cut flutes give a very good clean top finish and provide pressure on the router work piece which helps to hold down small parts on the bed of the cnc router machine. This type of router tooling is ideal for applications where a up cut router tool is too aggressive and lifts the material away from the router bed. These cnc router cutting tools will produce a clean top edge of a dado type or groove type cut or simply a thru cut where the bottom edge quality is not important.
